What does eStoreMonster do?

Are your products made to order?

Yes, we print everything on-demand, in-house, using Epson printers. There is No Minimum Order on any of our products & our print quality is AMAZING! So good, that we have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: “If you are not happy with your product simply send it back in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange”

Do you require a minimum order?

No. We don’t require a minimum order on any of our Products. Our Design Lab lets you customize t-shirts & merchandise with the click of a button. You can upload artwork or photographs, or use our text tools & clipart. No minimum order required – ever.

What products can I customize?

You can customize T-Shirts, Organic T-Shirts, Hoodies, Micro Fiber Performance T-Shirts, Youth, Toddler & Baby T-Shirts...You can also customize cool Accessories, such as mugs, water bottles, mouse pads, buttons, coasters, beer steins & much, much more! What is a Store Owner?

A Store Owner is anyone that has opened a free Merchandise Store on eStoremonster. Store Owners earn Royalties every time a customer purchases a product they have created. For more information on opening a free Merchandise Store, please see Free Online Store

What is the Affiliate Team?

The Affiliate Team is a way to earn money by referring new customers to us. You’ll earn a 15% referral fee on every sale you refer to eStoreMonster from your website, your blog, or your email. The more you refer, the more money you make! For complete information, please see Affiliate Team

Design Lab Basics

There are 3 main areas of the Design Lab you’ll need to familiarize yourself:

  • Products - change what type of Product you’re creating
  • Tools - Change the color of your product, Add cool text effects & Clip art, Save your work, or Post your design for sale.

Can I use photographs or images from my computer to create products?

Absolutely! To use images from your computer, login to your Account and upload your photographs & artwork to MY IMAGES. When you are creating products in the Design Lab, login and click the button “My Images”...all of your images will appear ready to use!

How do I change the colour of a T-Shirt or Product?

Most of our apparel & products come in a variety of colors. To change the color of your product, simply click “Change Color” using TOOLS on the right hand side:

You can “Distress” your Design to create a grunge effect. Simply click “Distress Design” using TOOLS on the right hand side:

Understanding Embroidery Conversion Charge

Embroidery Designs must be “digitized”, which means we have to convert your artwork into a file that can be read by our embroidery machines. This process isn’t as easy as clicking a button! Not all logos are meant for embroidery & in most cases, they will need to be simplified. Digitizing your design involves creating a “path” for the sequence of stitches the machine will thread during the embroidery process. Done incorrectly & you will have gaps in your fabric. Digitizing also involves creating underlay stitches, so that your logo looks great & doesn’t sink into the fabric. All of this takes time, which is why we charge a one-time fee to convert your logo. Once converted, you can use your logo on any of our Embroidery Products, all with no minimum order!

Getting started – Create a new Store

OK. You’ve just signed up, now what?! When you login to your account, you will be taken to your Dashboard, where you can manage the following:

Step 1. Create your 1st Store
Click on your “STORE” Tab. You’ll need to add a Store title, your logo & choose a Store template – don’t worry, you can edit all of this later!

Step 2. Upload your Artwork
Click on “MY IMAGES” Tab. Organize your Artwork by creating an Album(s). Once you’ve named your Album, Click “Upload Images” and then “Select Files”. You can select multiple images from your computer, simply hold down the SHIFT button to do this. Click “Upload Files”, and bingo, you’re done! Once your Artwork is loaded, you are now ready to Post a Product for Sale.

Post a product for sale

Once you’ve created your 1st Store, you are now ready to start selling products.

Step 1. Create a new Product
Click your “STORE” Tab and select “New Product” from the menu on the left. You can choose to go directly into the Design Lab to create a new product, or select which product you want to bring into the Design Lab.

Step 2. Load Images
When you’re in the Design Lab, access your images by clicking the green button called “LOAD IMAGES”. If you haven’t loaded any artwork/images into your account, please login and upload (See Getting Started – Create a New Store).

Step 3. Position your Artwork using Drag & Drop
Grab an image and drag it directly onto your Product. The Design Lab has built-in tools for you to enlarge, rotate and delete images. Click on your design to manipulate.

Step 4. Use the Design Lab Toolbars
The toolbar on the left let’s you change Products. The toolbar on your right let’s you change the products view, product color, distress your design, add text, access clip-art, save your work & post your product for Sale.

Step 5. Post your Product for Sale
When you are happy with your product, click “SELL” from the toolbar on the right hand side. Select your design and follow the instructions on the POST PRODUCT FOR SALE page (which includes naming your Product, writing a description, adding your Royalty %, etc;)

Organize & manage your products – create product categories

When customers visit your Store they should be able to navigate quickly through your Products. In order to give customers an outstanding shopping experience, you’ll want to organize & manage your products by creating product Categories.

Step 1. Login & click on your STORE tab
On the left hand side, you will see all of your Stores. Click on the “ + “ sign next to the Store you want to manage. This will expand the menu. Click “Store Products”.

Step 2. Create Store Categories
Expand the Store Category menu by clicking the “+” button. You can now create new Categories that will appear in your Store (ex: T-Shirts, Mugs, Buttons, etc;).

Step 3. Drag & Drop products into your Store Categories
Scroll down using your mouse to view your products. You can drag & drop individual products into each Category, or use the check box underneath each product to drag & drop multiple products.

You can also edit your products, select which products you’d like to “feature” in your store, or delete products.

Store notifications

You can turn notifications on/off by logging into your Account & selecting “MY ACCOUNT” tab. On the left hand side, select “Notifications”. Choose to be notified when:

  • You post a Product for Sale
  • A customer comments on one of your Products
  • When one of your Products is purchased
  • When someone joins your Fan Club
Get your Store featured

Promote your Store

Getting your Store Featured does not guarantee success, you need to Promote your Store! Here’s some tips to help you maximize the $ you earn with us:

  1. FaceBook – LIKE your Store and get your friends to LIKE it too! Tip: make sure you update your Social Networking links in MY ACCOUNT and that the “Social Media Bar” is enabled (found in “Content Settings” of your STORE).
  2. Email – Simply add a link to your Store in your email signature. Every time you send out an email is an opportunity for someone to visit your Store!
  3. Blog – If you have a blog, add a link to your Store. Make sure you update your blog regularly with photos & links to your Store Merchandise.
  4. Website – if you have a website, add a link to your Store!
  5. Contact Bloggers – what better way to help spread the word than to contact other Bloggers. They can even earn money by promoting your Store! Send them a note about our Affiliate Plan. They’ll earn 15% on every purchase and you earn $ on every purchase – a win-win!
  6. Contact T-Shirt Blogs & Websites – T-Shirt blogs & websites are always looking for cool new t-shirt designs to promote. These sites can earn money by promoting your designs! All they have to do is login & click on the “Promote Product” button on any of your Products. Send them a note about our Affiliate Team. They earn 15% on every purchase and you earn $ on every purchase – a win-win!
  7. Contact News Reporters – If your designs are relevant and tie into a current event, consider talking to your local news reporter. Be polite, tell them who you are and why your design ties into what they’re already writing about.
Getting paid – we pay more

We pay our Store Owners every month by cheque or PayPal. Make sure you update your Payment settings in your account under “MY EARNINGS”. Every time a product of yours is purchased you will receive an automatic email. You can view & track your earnings by logging into your account.

Remember: We “Top-up” your Store Earnings by 50%, right from the start. Setting the industry standard is our way of saying “Thanks” to everyone that has chosen to partner with us!

Tracking your order

If you have ordered using Express shipping, you will receive an automatic tracking number by email from Canada Post or UPS. If you have ordered using standard shipping, please see shipping times for more info

Washing Instructions

Like all apparel, optimal results require you to turn your shirt inside out & wash in cold water. Hang or tumble dry on low temperature. Of course, if you’re like us, just through everything into one big heap in the washing machine and hope for the best!

We print all of our orders on demand. It takes us approximately 2 – 4 business days to print your order and ship it out the door. If you need your order sooner, please contact us. Please see Shipping Time for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.

Standard Shipping is $6.95.
2 Day Rush Shipping: $9.95.
Next Day Rush Shipping: $24.95.

Standard Shipping does not offer a tracking code. Please add $1.00 extra/product sent Standard and $1.50 extra/product shipped Rush.

Change my email address

Login, select “MY ACCOUNT” and go to “Account Settings”. From here you can update your email address.

Change my Account Password

Login, select “MY ACCOUNT” and go to “Account Settings”. From here you can change your account password.

Close my Account

Please don’t go! Contact one of our friendly customer service Monsters 1st  . If you still want to close your account, login, select “MY ACCOUNT” and go to “Account Settings”. You can close your account with the click of a button.

Update my Profile Picture

Login, select the Tab “MY ACCOUNT” and go to “Profile Picture & Icon”. From here you can upload a photo for your profile picture & a picture for when you are making comments.

Create or modify my Store template

Click on your current Store Template to edit or select “New Template” to start from scratch. Creating multiple Store Templates in advance is an easy way to plan for seasonal events (ex: Christmas, St. Patty’s Day, etc;). You can edit your Store background color, or upload an image to be used as your background/wallpaper. Play around, have fun!

Upload a YouTube video

Click on your current Store Template. Under “You Tube Video”, simply cut & paste the video URL address into the box. Perfect for bands & anyone that has You Tube content! Note: the URL can be copied straight from the address bar, or you can grab the URL provided when you click “SHARE” under the You Tube video.

Add up to 3 rotating Store banners

Click on your current Store Template. You can have up to 3 Rotating Store Banners, viewed by customers as a slideshow. Simply choose the Banner height (200px, 300px, or 380px) and choose how many banners you want to upload. Great way to show customers your products, show products that are personalized, or advertise an upcoming event or promotion!

You can choose whether to display your designs on products, or simply show the Design only. You can also choose to “Feature Products”. Featured Products will appear 1st. See below on “How to Feature Store Products

Set up my Store navigation menu – left, right, or above Store products

Hide my Store logo

Login & go to your STORE tab, expand your Store menu (+) and choose “CONTENT SETTINGS”. From here, simply remove the check mark “Show Store Logo”

How to feature Store products

Step 1 - Make sure this option is turned on in your Account. Login & go to your STORE tab, expand your Store menu (+) and choose “CONTENT SETTINGS”. Check the box “Show Featured Products & Designs”

Step 2 - From your STORE menu (+), choose “STORE PRODUCTS”. On the top right hand side of each Product, you’ll see a faded star. Click on the star to have your Product featured in your Store.

Let customers contact me by email

Login & go to your STORE tab, expand your Store menu (+) and choose “CONTENT SETTINGS”. Check the box “Contact the Shop” and make sure you’ve updated your email address. Note: Customers will not be able to view your personal email address, you will receive email through our server.

Allow customers to promote my Store

This will allow Affiliate Team members to Promote your Store. This is an important feature! When active, anyone that has joined eStoremonster can earn a 15% referral fee by sending customers to your Store. This is a great way for bloggers to earn $ by promoting your Store to their readers (make sure you let blogs know about your Store & our Affiliate Team!)

How can my customers go back to my blog or website?

Login & go to your STORE tab, expand your Store menu (+) and choose “CONTENT SETTINGS”. Check the box “Show my website address” and make sure you’ve updated your website.

How do I add social networking links to my Store?

Login & go to MY ACCOUNT tab & choose “SOCIAL NETWORKING”. You can add a link to your Website, FaceBook, Twitter, Linkedin, MySpace, Flickr and RSS feed. Now that’s social!

How do I Join the Affiliate Team?

If you’re already a member, you’re already part of the Affiliate Team! Simply login to your account and go to AFFILIATE tab in your Account. If you’re new to eStoremonster, you can join our Affiliate Team in 3 easy steps:

  1. Create a free Account
  2. Login to your account & gain access to links created with your unique Affiliate I.D.
  3. Spread the word by cutting/pasting links into your email, your blog or your website!
What do I get for referrals?

You’ll earn a 15% referral fee for every sale you refer to eStoreMonster from your website, your blog, or your email. The more you refer, the more money you make!

Do I have to have a Store on eStoremonster?

No, you don’t have to open a free Store on eStoreMonster to earn money – you can join our Affiliate Team and earn money by simply telling people about us!
